2. Services
Colorondo specializes in kitchen cabinet refinishing, offering:

• Free consultations
• Personalized color selection
• Surface preparation
• Durable, high-quality painting
• Minor repairs
• Final review and quality check

We serve Toronto, Oshawa, Oakville, Barrie, and surrounding areas. Service availability may vary depending on the scope and location of the project.

3. Website Use
Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or modification of any content on colorondo.ca is prohibited and may result in legal action or restricted access.

4. Service Terms
Estimates & Payments:

• We offer free, no-obligation estimates during consultations.
• The initial quote is based on the information provided during the consultation. If additional work is requested or unforeseen conditions arise, the final cost may be adjusted with prior approval.
• Payment is divided into two installments:
• 50% upfront before the project starts
• 50% upon project completion
• Accepted payment methods: cash, e-transfers

Cancellations & Rescheduling:

• We require at least 48 hours' notice for cancellations or changes to scheduled work. Late cancellations may be subject to a fee.

Project Timeline:

• Most projects are completed within 4–5 days, but delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., weather, access issues, supply delays). We will inform you of any changes as soon as possible.

Warranty:

• We provide a 10-year warranty on our refinishing work, covering defects in materials and workmanship.
• The warranty is valid with proper maintenance of surfaces.
• It does not cover damage caused by misuse, impacts, improper cleaning, or extreme humidity conditions.

Client Responsibility:

• Clients must provide access to the site and ensure safe storage of personal items.
• Delays caused by client-side factors (e.g., no access, late approvals) may affect the timeline.

Media Use:

• We may photograph completed projects for marketing purposes. No identifying personal information or address will be used without written consent.

5. Limitation of Liability
Colorondo is committed to high-quality workmanship. However, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from our services or website use. This includes:

• Delays caused by circumstances beyond our control (e.g., weather, supply chain, client decisions)
• Pre-existing damage or structural issues unrelated to our work
• Damage to items not under our care or due to client negligence

If damage is directly caused by our work, we will assess the situation and cover necessary repairs or replacement.

6. Privacy Policy

7. Intellectual Property
All content on colorondo.ca (including images, text, and logos) is the property of Colorondo and protected by copyright law. Unauthorized commercial use is prohibited.

8. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
This agreement is governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada. Any disputes will be handled in the courts of Toronto, Ontario.
